The thesis compared EFT tapping to other psychological interventions for stress and trauma. Dr. Al-Hadethe wants to spread the EFT tapping across the Arabic speaking world, where professional psychological support often is a scarce or very expensive resource. This GO EFT Tapping app makes it easy to tap on your own.
